Return Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of in-store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, gels, RTD drinks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for in-store credit. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at allprowilmington@gmail.com and send your item to: 132 Racine Drive, unit 10, Wilmington NC 28403, United States. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 132 Racine Drive, unit 10, Wilmington NC 28403, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q. When does this Challenge begin?

A. Our 2025 New Year Challenge will officially begin on Monday, January 6, 2025. You will have until 11:59 PM EST on this date to officially register for the 6-Week Transformation

 Challenge.

Q. When will this Challenge end?

A. The official end date of the challenge will be Monday, February 17, 2025. Final pictures will be due by 11:59 PM EST that night. The link to do so will be provided at that time.

Q. How does the registration process work?

A. Registering for the 2025 Transformation Challenge is quick, easy ... and 100% FREE:

1) Just click here to go to the sign-up form, where you'll answer a couple easy questions ... and then you'll be asked to submit your starting photos.

And remember, you can still join if you do not want to submit photos ... but you will not be eligible for the cash prizes.

2) Once you register, you'll make your way into your local NutriPrime location ... where we'll help you put together your customized meal plan & get you on the In-Body Scanner to get your starting measurements.

3) From there ... simply lean on your local NP team & our Facebook support group to help you make the best possible 6-week transformation.

And please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you might have along the way!

Once we complete the 6-week challenge, you'll then be provided with a very similar form to submit your final photos.

Q. How do my pictures need to look?

A. FULL BODY
No mirror selfies. Take photos according to proper direction (front, back). You may have someone take the photos for you or prop your phone up directly in front of you (not angled up or down). Pictures should be able to capture as close to head to toe as possible.

GOOD LIGHTING
Take photos with lights on and shining towards you. Avoid windows behind you.
Stand against a plain wall or in the same setting for each photo is best.

SHOW SKIN (APPROPRIATELY)
Men- shorts/boxers
Women- bikini/shorts and sports bra

Make sure you're comfortable in it... but also make sure you're able to see changes in your legs, arms, stomach, and back. Wear the same thing for each picture or something very similar.

SAME POSING

Your before and after pictures should be in the same poses. Not flexed. 

Q. I have friends who would like to join the challenge, when is the final day of registration?

A. Registration will run until Friday, January  10, 2025. Our challenge begins on January 6th but registration will remain open for 4 more days to account for the slow pokes!


Q. I have registered for the Challenge, what is my next step?

A. Make your way into your local NutriPrime location! You can then get your FREE In-Body scan and FREE customized nutrition plan and training plan. Both are crucial in making sure you see the best results possible!

Q. How is the winner determined?

A. The best physical transformation will determine our winner. A comparison of before pictures vs. after pictures. We have a panel of 5 fitness & nutrition experts who anonymously vote to decide the overall winner. We will use In-body results to assess total body composition (percentage of body fat and total skeletal muscle mass in lbs) WE DO NOT USE TOTAL BODY WEIGHT AS A MEASURE OF PROGRESS.

1lb of skeletal muscle mass gained = 2 points

1% of body fat lost = 1 point

For every % of body fat lost at the end of the 6-week challenge, each contestant will be awarded a $5 in-store voucher to be used for any purchases.

We award 2 winners total - one top-placing male/female competitor. $1250 to each top finisher.

Q. Will I need to submit an In-Body Scan at the end of the challenge?

A. Scans are required during our biweekly in-store check-ins (there will be 3 over the course of the 6-week challenge)

The scans are there to help you track your own progress throughout the challenge. They also help us customize your nutrition plan and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.

Q. I have completed my registration and have my plan from my local NutriPrime, what should I do now?

A. You should follow your plan and work to make the best possible transformation within the next 6 weeks! Make sure to lean on your local NutriPrime Staff and our private Facebook group to help guide you along the way.

Q. Where do I find workouts, recipes, important challenge information, etc?

A. All important challenge information will be emailed in our weekly newsletters for the challenge. We will also post all challenge-related information inside our Facebook group, and that information will be pinned to the FEATURED/ANNOUNCEMENTS tab of the group ... which you will find at the top of the group homepage.

Q. What is the benefit of the Facebook Group? Am I required to make posts within the group?

A. You are not required to post anything in the Facebook group! But you can share any part of your journey that you would like. The group does contain all weekly workouts and recipes. You can also find previous challenge workouts and recipes.

This is also where you will enter all the weekly contest giveaways.

The best part about the group is the community of accountability it provides. Our staff and all group members push each other and keep each other motivated!

You can also ask our Sports Nutrition Specialists questions 24/7 within the private group. 

Q. I filled out my registration, but I would like to go back to add/change some information ... how do I do so?

A. All you'll need to do is go back to the registration link, fill it out again ... but this time adding or updating the information you'd like to change. You can do so up until registration closes on January 10th, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
